Controller Sales Performance & Marketing

BorsodChem Zrt. a leading European manufacturer of MDI and TDI products and PVC powders, part of the Chinese Wanhua Group is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Controller Sales Performance & Marketing.

Location: Budapest

Responsibilities:

• Customer portfolio analysis by specific market segments
• Conduct downstream market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports for the sales management and sales team, providing insights on customer-level performance
• Support the execution, monitoring, and performance tracking of brand marketing initiatives.
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey across business units, supporting understanding of customer needs and preferences
• Participate in SAP and other IT developments
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to execute projects

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales controlling/business analyst, preferably in B2B environment

• Fluent Hungarian and English in both verbal and written form
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel,
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure with keeping deadlines
• Ability to work in cultural diverse environment

Advantage:

• SAP SD, FI and BW experience
• Power BI experience
