Corporate Management Specialist

BorsodChem Zrt. a leading European manufacturer of MDI and TDI products and PVC powders, part of the Chinese Wanhua Group is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Corporate Management Specialist.

Responsibilities of our future colleague:

• Assist the leader in establishing a performance evaluation system along with relevant regulations and guidelines, put into operation, and continuously optimize it.
• Independently take the responsibility together with various departments to define performance goals, regularly monitor progress, and assess performance outcomes.
• Develop and update a quantitative indicator library tailored to the specific conditions of each department to meet the company's requirements.
• Take charge of topics related to technical part which comes from management and supervisor to fulfill the investigation, evaluation, suggestion.
• Conduct evaluations of critical work tasks and special projects as required by the company or based on assessment needs. Continuously oversee and confirm the implementation of corrective measures.
• Gather feedback from management, departments, and employees on performance management. Provide prompt feedback following discussions.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in technical field is preferred/required
• Fluent English and Hungarian in both verbal and written form
• Relevant experience is preferred (2-3 years in multinational work environment).
• Relevant experience in the field of performance evaluation is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
