BorsodChem Zrt. a leading European manufacturer of MDI and TDI products and PVC powders, part of the Chinese Wanhua Group is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of External Warehouse Specialist
Location: Kazincbarcika or Budapest
Our new colleague will be responsible for Wanhua-BorsodChem's external warehouse (include some tank terminals) management activity.
Responsibilities of our future colleague:
- Explore and follow-up storage demands of S&OP departments,
- locate suitable external warehouses to fulfil storage demands,
- set up inventory management process,
- monitor and assess the performance of warehouse partners,
- management of warehouse issues (e.g heating, labelling, custom clearance etc.),
- observe and follow-up laws, provisions, directions related to logistics and warehouse activities,
- review warehouse costs & invoices; approve warehouse transfer orders,
- collaborate with logistics team and others to plan Europe local warehousing & logistics network, improve delivery accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- MSc Degree and at least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing,
- logistics or warehousing knowledge in Europe,
- fluent Hungarian and English in both verbal and written form,
- excellent negotiation and communication skills: able to arrange business trips for warehouse negotiations and physical stock counts as required,
- analytical thinking,
- strong international mind-set and multi-cultural aspect.
