BorsodChem Zrt. a leading European manufacturer of MDI and TDI products and PVC powders, part of the Chinese Wanhua Group is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Organizational Development Specialist.

 

Responsibilities of our future colleague:

  • Conduct talent review and complete talent review reports
  • Assist in proposing organizational structure setup plans according to the needs of the company's business development
  • Diagnose and evaluate the efficiency of organizational operations and the performance of duties annually, and propose suggestions for improvement and optimization
  • Design and dynamically manage the job position system based on the company's organizational structure and job postition analysis
  • Organize job value assessments for new positions and job business changes, and formulate and implement job definition and staffing plans
  • Formulate potential talent and successor training plans according to the company's talent echelon construction needs
  • Promote the implementation of talent development projects based on talent training needs
  • Establish core employee personal development plans and promote employee career management
  • Design and implement key talent diagnostic tools, and provide systematic support and application to improve the talent evaluation system.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  • 5 years human resources working experience
  • Fluent Hungarian and English in both verbal and written form
  • Knowledge of the workflow of various human resource fields and relevant national laws and regulations
  • Organizational design and diagnosis, job design and evaluation knowledge
  • Personal development and assessment knowledge
  • Sensitivity to people and organizational changes, with strong communication, coordination, and promotion abilities
  • Good systemic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good data analysis and logical abilities
  • Strong business sensitivity, reasonable management of business department needs
  • High professional ethics and professional ethics.
