Process Optimizer (Process Optimization Specialist)

BorsodChem Zrt. a leading European manufacturer of MDI and TDI products and PVC powders, part of the Chinese Wanhua Group is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Process Optimizer.

 

Responsibilities of our future colleague

  • Assist the leader in establishing standardized document control processes aligned with the company's organizational structure and policy guidelines.
  • Consolidate company policies and procedures, identify control points for system risks in line with the overall management environment, and assess the reasonableness and soundness of established controls.
  • Lead the coordination of relevant departments to assess process efficiency, identifying redundancies or ineffective control points at each operational stage.
  • Continuously streamline processes to enhance overall operational efficiency within the company.
  • Lead efforts to update corresponding policies and procedures in response to changes in management requirements and the business environment.
  • Supervise the effective implementation of policies and processes, coordinating with process audit activities.
  • Gather opinions and suggestions from management, departments, and employees on process optimization, and promptly provide feedback after discussions.

 

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process optimization in multinational work environment
  • Fluent Hungarian and English in both verbal and written form
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good coordination and cooperation skills
  • Proactive working attitude
